Carpet flooring is always steam clean properly before new occupancy. Wall colors are a yellow tone , cheery when it rains, bright in winter, tasteful all the time with casings & doors in a semi gloss white Window seats are available in a select few units, further adorned with lead glass arch windows. Dining area lighting is low mounted halogen as is the kitchen also. All rooms have switch to plug accessory lighting. Bedrooms have lights in closets to actually really let you use our closet organizers and find things! (why doesn't every one else do this?)
