About us - We have a number of beautiful rental properties in the Oak & Cambie area near West 15th & 16th Avenue in Vancouver. Our suites are close to all the downtown action; walking distance to peaceful parks; fast access to the Vancouver International Airport; exact center to all the hospitals; adjacent to the Cambie Corridor and the new Canada Line; a quick drive to amazing beaches; just east of elegant Gallery Row, and just west of trendy Main Street! Our kitchens are designed in a Neo-classic style with crown mouldings, stepped cabinetry, and panel doors. Some of the units have curved glass display cabinets with interior and valence lighting. The kitchens have stainless steel fixtures, white ceramic floors, and nice appliances, including fridge, stove, and dishwasher. All units also contain a large ensuite storage room with a front loading washer and dryer.

All our suites have beautiful gas fireplaces with mosaic tile inserts. Our Neo-classic style mantles, baseboards, crown moldings and leaded glass let you furnish your home with ease and a designer's flair (go modern or antique, it works)! Wall colors are warm in tone - cheery when it rains, bright in winter, tasteful all the time - with casings & doors in a semi gloss white. Window seats are available in a select few units, further adorned with lead-glass and arched windows. Dining area lighting is low mounted halogen, as is the kitchen, and all rooms have switch-to-plug accessory lighting. Bedrooms have lights in the closets so that you can actually use your closet organizers and find things (why doesn't every one else have this)?!
